Shared Accommodation support for students, postdocs an young researchers
A limited number of share accommodations can be provided to students, postdocs and young researches at CIMATEL with included breakfast.
CIMATEL is CIMAT’s guest house, where most of visitors of CIMAT stay. Most of the rooms have at least two beds, and each room has washroom and WI-FI. It is located just in front of the “La Valenciana” Church, just across the La Valenciana square and just 200 meters from the venue (CIMAT)

If you are not submitting a talk or paper, please send your CV to ties2018@cimat.mx with the subject: TIES 2018 accommodation support: CV+your name.
The granted accommodation will be provided with check in July 14 and check out July 21.
The due date to request free shared accommodation is April 27, 2018.
After this date at CIMATEL we have limited accommodation (shared or not shared) with very accessible rates:
The price per night, in single occupancy rooms is $ 400.00 MXP.
In shared double occupancy is $ 300.00 MXP per person.
Each room has its washroom, linens, towel(s) and Wi-Fi. These rates include breakfast.

Financial support for TIES 2018 presenters from developing countries
If you are presenting a paper or poster at The 28th Annual conference of the International Environmetrics Society (TIES 2018), are a permanent resident of a World Bank-listed developing country (see https://www.isi-web.org/index.php/resources/developing-countries), are a member of ISI, and are in need of financial support to enable attendance at TIES 2018, you are eligible to apply for financial support to attend this conference. There are limited funds available and partial funding is most likely to be allocated.
For previous events, most partially-funded applicants were able to supplement the funding from other sources, helped by the award. To assist in this, funding decisions will be made as soon as possible.
Awards and support will be allocated by the local organizing committee, using criteria of:
- significance of the contribution to TIES 2018;
- benefit to the applicant’s country;
- need for financial support.

In your email, please state
- Full name and affiliation
- your country and institution;
- your paper/poster title (if it is invited or by contribution);
- briefly your need for financial support, giving estimated costs for airfare and accommodation; and
- any other source of financial support.
